My journey in the cleaning and hospitality industry began with a simple belief: cleaning is not simply about making a space look clean. It is about creating an environment where people feel comfortable, safe, respected, and cared for.

As the owner of MF Cleaning Group LLC🪻, I bring together experience, education, and a genuine passion for service. My background in Hospitality Management, Marketing, and Education, together with years of experience leading housekeeping teams in hotels, has shaped the way I see the cleaning industry today.

Working in hospitality taught me that excellence lives in the details. Organization, consistency, discipline, presentation, and teamwork are not separate elements — they work together to create an experience people can trust.

My training in 5S methodology and space organization strengthened this vision, teaching me how intentional systems can improve efficiency, maintain standards, and create sustainable results. My experience in education taught me something equally important: people grow when they are given the knowledge, guidance, and opportunity to develop.
